You now provide signage with dimensional impact and practical purpose, like shelter and protection from the weather. Fabric awnings are available in a wide variety of opaque and backlit fabrics.

Graphics

Different processes are used to apply graphics, depending on the awning material. We offer reverse masking and heat transfer methods of applying graphics and both options will produce a high quality, eye-catching look for your awning.

Awning Manufacturing

Highly trained staff using cutting-edge technology continually produces a consistent grade of superior products. Top-of-the-line fabrication in each division produces a quality product every time.

Quality Control

Our Production team works with an incentive-based quality mandate that helps minimize errors and stop mistakes before they reach the end customer. Our quality control process is not just at the end of the line but is present throughout the whole process and at every stage.

Fabric Production

The sewing department uses top-of-the-line technologies and processes. We offer different techniques and styles to ensure your job is cut and sewn to match customer specifications. We offer choices from custom sewing or using our newest method of heat seaming.

Frame construction

We use 0.10” aluminum extrusion to form our awnings, much stronger than the 0.0625” extrusion commonly used today. All welds are ground down to eliminate sharp edges to ensure the safety of the fabric. We also use a chrome aluminum aerosol to coat the weld and conceal any black carbon residue.

Optional painted finish

Aluminum frames can be painted to match colors or coordinate the awning fabric or building style. We can match any PMS (Pantone Matching System) color.

Awning Lighting

Bright Signs Marketing offers two ways to illuminate your awnings:

Backlighting

We can install double-lamp high output fixtures with daylight lamps in all backlit awnings. The lighting is highly durable and much brighter than cool white lamps ensuring maximum illumination, recognition, and impact.

Gooseneck lighting

Standard Awnings can be economically illuminated using our gooseneck fixtures. Each fixture is custom fabricated to accept standard incandescent, compact, fluorescent lamps, halogen, or metal halide for optimal output with minimal energy use. The gooseneck lighting is available in various colors with powder-coated finishes that stand up and stand out.

Awnings Fabrics

Fabric awnings are the most practical and economical way to improve the appearance and elevate your customers’ curb appeal. You are now providing signage with dimensional impact and practical purposes like shelter and protection from the weather.

Opaque Fabric

Sometimes the project calls for a classic approach. Whether it is lit with gooseneck lighting or with no lights, an opaque awning can be just as impactful. Let our sales team show you how. Now that you have decided to have an opaque awning, you can choose a great opaque fabric.

Backlit Fabric

Taking an awning and making your message or logo illuminate on the face of your awning is the eye-catching awning your customer needs. Let your awning be seen at night as well as in the daytime. Now that you have decided to have a Backlit Awning, you can choose between ERADICABLE and NON-ERADICABLE.

Awning Graphics

We have multiple ways to apply graphics to your awning, depending on the type, style, and other factors. Different processes are used to apply graphics, depending on the awning material. For backlit awnings, an Eradication process is used that involves reverse-masking of areas where graphics will be positioned.

An eradication fluid removes the color from the fabric on those areas — allowing the eradicated letter and/or graphic to illuminate when backlit.

For graphics on acrylic fabrics, we utilize heat- transfer to place vinyl graphics directly onto the fabric. Heat-transferred graphics are superior to painted-on graphics because they have cleaner edges and sharper lines. Graphics will also be fade resistant and promise greater durability.
